When you sign up for Hearth, we’ll partner closely with you to help you grow your business. As you’re evaluating Hearth as a financing partner, we want to provide an overview of the support you can expect.

Here are some Customer Success services that will make your experience simple and successful!

Free Training

All of our contractors receive free training.

Training is an optional but highly recommended way to introduce you to the product and learn about the neat features included with your subscription!

Your training is a 30-minute one-on-one conversation with a dedicated member of our Customer Success team. Together, the two of you will walk through Hearth, discuss the ins-and-outs of your business, and start accessing your customized advertising materials, Hearth badges, and more!

Ongoing Education

How can you best approach the financing conversation with your clients? How do you know if you’re prepared for an upcoming storm? How can you best capitalize on the millennial market? What are buyer personas and how can they help your business?

Let us help.

We team up with some of the top people in the industry, such as renown sales trainer Steve Weyl, to help you stay in the know and to provide the best service possible. Look for emails and blog posts with tips and advice!

Available Support

Support is available for all of our contractors, Monday through Friday.

  • Essentials Plan Members: can expect support within two business days

  • Pro Plan Members: can expect support within the day

  • Elite Plan Members: can expect support within an hour. They also receive a dedicated account manager who can provide help and resources that are tailored to their business.
